2) Magnesium: Prevents muscle cramps

3) Copper : Good for blood.

4) Potassium: Good for heart .

5) Protein : Builds muscle mass.

6) Fibre : Prevents constipation.

7) Calories: gives Energy .

Dates is good, which contains many more vitamins  and minerals and helps to improve the human immunity power.

Patients suffering from anaemia, can regularly use this, because it has good Iron content.

Persons practising bodybuilding can use dates, since it has a good amount of protein in it.

Runners, mainly 400 m long round runners, might suffer from muscle cramps.Indians, prevents muscle cramps.

Constipation is a major problem, for many persons. Food rich in fibre content like papaya also helps to prevent constipation along with dates.
