Why should you not run so fast if you are a overweight person ?



When a overweight person runs fast to reduce his body weight , his heart rate raises very high due to over work load to the heart . It definitely causes damage of your heart or even sudden collapse.


Knee injuries are very common, in overweight persons, when they run so fast.


Overweight problem is serious one because it is associated with poorer mental health and  quality of life.


For persons with overweight problem life expectancy is reduced by as much as 20 years in men and by about 5 years in women.


Health Risks Linked to Overweight person:


1) Heart disease 

2) stroke

3) High BP

4) Diabetes

5) Some cancers

6) Gallbladder disease

7) Gallstones

8) Osteoarthritis

9) Gout

10) Breathing problems, such as sleep apnea and asthma.


NOTE:-

Running, alone will NOT help you to reduce your body weight.

Only a BALANCED home food diet plan, will help in weight loss.

Slow walking , may help in burning down calories. Better to avoid fast running, in overweight person .
