(1) Why tread mill running should be avoided by an overweight person ?


Main Cause of overweight :

UNbalanced wrong food diet.



Even though SLOW walking helps in burning lots of calories, it is not advisable for an EXTREMELY overweight person to run in a treadmill.





The reason is, when a overweight person runs in treadmill, it increases the HEART rate and gives an extra work and effort to the heart.It may lead to sudden and consciousness (or) fainting (or) even higher risk for life. 


Be careful.....




Apart from heart damage, excess upper body weight above the knee joint, puts an extra pressure (or) friction on the knee joint and cost severe stress and damage to the knee joint and severe knee pain.

Be careful....


NOTE:-

Slow working (or) slow swimming are good calorie burning exercises for an  EXTREMELY overweight person.




NOTE:- 

But the ONLY ultimate way to weight loss is to follow a BALANCED  home diet plan and NOT of exercise.
