1) Why you must be careful in using this cauliflower like vegetable ?
Cauliflower is an excellent source of vitamins and minerals
It contains:
A) Vitamin C, which is good for wound healing.
B) Folate , which is good for nervous system.
C) Niacin ,which is good for diarrhoea.
D) Calcium ,good for your bone.
E) Magnesium , good to prevent muscle cramps.
F) Protein , good for muscle building.
G) Low-fat content , good for heart patients.
Since cauliflower is a good source of many vitamins and minerals , it is good to have this at least two times a week.
NOTE:-
It is advisable for people with thyroid , not to eat cauliflower for added advantages.
