Many females do not have baby due to PCOD and hormonal problems. The main reason for PCOD in females is overweight. Females with PCOD have problems in their ovary due to hormonal imbalance. The best treatment for PCOD is weight loss. Taking too much of hormonal  tablets for PCOD is dangerous to the ovary.PCOD stands for polycystic ovary syndrome.
