 Why should we not use balms and inhaler for head pain?



Balms and inhaler for head pain contains camphor, which is used to kill insects like silverfish and moths. It causes inflammation of eye, change in mental status, inflammation of lungs, liver failure, nostril constriction and allergy. Countries like Japan, America has banned Vicks because of medication containing pseudoephedrine drug, that shrinks the blood vessel in the nasal passage. So today's carry home message is, never use balms and inhaler for head pain at any cost,  instead go for steam inhalation.
